These terms cover your use of this website and the website services offered by Easy Biz Solutions in Austin, Texas. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Using this site

You may browse this site and use the free site check form for your own business. Please don't misuse the form, send spam, or try to interfere with the site.

Free site check

The free site check is a no-cost review of your current website. Requesting one does not commit you to buying anything.

Services and prices

Current prices, all plus Texas sales tax:

• Get Found: $99 setup + $29/mo, hosting only. Edits are billed separately.
• Get Booked (online booking or ordering): $700–$800 setup + from $79/mo.
• Standard Rebuild: $549 setup + $49/mo, with 30 minutes of edits a month.
• Premium Rebuild: $800 setup + from $79/mo.
• Missed-call text-back: $99–$149 setup + $48/mo.
• Extra edits: $25 per half hour.
• Custom work: from $1,000 setup + up to $129/mo, quoted before we start.

We'll confirm the scope and price with you in writing before any work begins.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos, logos, and other content you give us. You confirm you have the right to use it, and you let us use it to build and run your site.

Deposit

Most packages start with a $100 deposit. For Get Found, the deposit is the $99 setup fee, nothing more. Your deposit counts toward your setup bill, and it covers up to 3 mockups.

If you change your mind before you pick a mockup, tell us and we'll refund your deposit in full. Once you pick a design and we start building, the deposit is not refundable.

Payments

After you say yes, we send you a secure payment request by email. There is no pay button on this site, and we never see your card or bank login.

Monthly plans and stopping service

Monthly fees bill once a month, starting when your site goes live. To stop, email us before your next billing date and we won't charge you again. If you picked a longer term for a lower monthly price, the term in your written quote applies.

When service stops, we take the site offline. If you ask, we'll send you a copy of your text and photos.

Limits

We work hard to keep sites running, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. This site and its content are provided as is.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
