The honest part. First Knock isn't live yet; that's why it's a reservation. Your deposit is refundable anytime before your service starts, no questions. Some small towns don't publish permits online, so we only sell a trade in a county after we confirm a source. Hail reports are spotter and radar reports, not proof any one roof is damaged. We don't promise a number of jobs. If your first 4 alerts have nothing worth knocking on, your first month is refunded.
